Port blockade

A "port blockade" is an action or situation where access to a port is restricted or entirely prevented, often by military or governmental forces, to control the movement of ships and goods into or out of the port. This can be employed as a strategic measure during conflicts or disputes to exert pressure, enforce sanctions, or protect a nation's interests.
